So, before the vacation ends, I'd just like to tell you all about my experiences, and reaction to this year's Christmas break.
First of all, I barely felt the Christmas spirit this year. December 24 for me went like any normal day, 'cause I normally slept late anyway, and it was like any other night. I didn't get many gifts (material), so there weren't that many gifts to open, sadly. :(
Christmas day went the same way. We went to my mother's side relatives' house, and bonded with my cousins, who are all younger than me. There wasn't much to really talk about, but I had fun, nevertheless.
New Year's Eve was actually quite enjoyable, since more of my relatives were there then than were there during the new year celebration. I had more relatives there at the time, and they made the celebration seem natural. Thank God. Haha.
New Year itself was good, as we went to this clan reunion. We played some games, and I played what had to be the most improvised performance of "Knocking on Heaven's Door" by Bob Dylan, and "Something" by the Beatles. It was fun, tho, really fun. :D
This Christmas break was actually quite unique for me, since I actually did something other than stay at home or go to reunions. During Dec. 19, I had my recital at RJ Bistro, with my friend Thadeus as vocals, and my friends Abby, Ana, Gerard, DA, Matthew, and Casey attending. We had a lot of fun. We tried the Tabasco hot sauce in ways I never thought imaginable. Amazing what you can actually do with it. :)) Anyway, on Dec. 29, me and my friends from Team All-Years (what we call our group of friends) went to Bonifacio High Street/Market! Market!/Serendra. We spent a few hours waiting for everyone, and we most notably spent an hour at Brother's Burger (High Street), chatting up with an old friend from CSA, my old school, Jeffree. We talked about a lot of topics, then left for the next destination. We then went to Lazer Extreme and played there (needless to say we were pwned by foreigners), then went, basically everywhere. Cool day, good times.
But there was also a reunion of our extended family, just earlier, Jan. 2. I met my cousins, some of whom I hadn't seen in quite a while. We had a lot of fun doing lots of things, and got a lot of presents. :D
So, this Christmas break was really fun. Not a lot during Christmas day itself, but still fun overall.
And with this, I close my blog, and Christmas Break 2010-2011.
->Good bye 2010!
->Welcome 2011!
->Welcome back to another year in school. Please be lenient. :))
PS. Is this really what you're supposed to put in a blog? :D
