June 17, Friday, Friday, gotta get down on -- Why, Rebecca Black, why?
I woke up early, so I could get cash for today. I did, and after, I was supposed to go for Muay Thai. Unfortunately, I didn't get a sched for that day, and I spent my whole morning watching TV shows on History Channel. Top Shot is a good show, y'know.
I spent 11 am to 2:30 pm making 2 blog entries, which you shall see below. I seriously poured all my talent (?) to finish it. Anyway, I dressed up by 2:30, and my dad fetched me at 3pm, which was cool, since I was supposed to commute going to Makati. Thanks, Dad.
So I got to Powerplant, this mall near my school, by 4:15. When I got to Fully Booked (where I was gonna meet with DA), he was there fast, and after we went to KFC, which was downstairs. I libre'd him a KFC Snack Box, and after we went to Makati Science.
We got to MakSci at 5pm, to see that there was guard blocking the way. But in a very amateurish act, he went out of the school to fix something, and we got in when he wasn't looking. I saw all my MakSci classmates, whom I took pictures with, and my bros G, Casey, Ted, and others. Anyway, we were supposed to go to the mall (today. Search up Robin Sparkles.) So I went with Ted and DA, and we took a jeep going to Ayala, which we took. We went down at Ayala Triangle, and we walked the way to Greenbelt.
When we got to Greenbelt, we went to Fully Booked, to wait for our other bro Malvin/Chris/Roy/Leon. We waited, and waited... And waited, until we couldn't take it. We decided to walk to Glorietta, and just tell him to go there instead. We had looked at Chili's, the first place we had dinner, and we saw that there was a long-ass line. Needless to say, we didn't eat there.
We got to Greenbelt, and we had to pick where we were gonna eat. We got to Dad's, and were deciding if we would eat there or not. We chose not to, 'cause a buffet cost like 700 bucks there (that's Filipino pesos, future Enrique. 16 Can Dollars. Not a lot for you, but a lot for me back then.) So we took the escalator to a higher floor, and we saw that we had two choices. Either we ate at TGIF, or Hard Rock Cafe. I asked which one was cheaper, to which they replied that it was basically the same price. So, taking a chance, we chose Hard Rock Cafe. I hoped my uncle was there, and luckily he was. He saw me, and we ate there. Me and Ted picked to get the cheapest burger, the classic, and DA picked the cheeseburger. We talked lots, ate our fries, and waited for Malvin to get to Hard Rock.
Ted and I went to the bathroom of this awesome place, and saw that there were heated towels, haircombs, and toothpicks, which we assumed were 10 times better than regular, non-Hard Rock toothpicks. We tried them all. We even used 2 Hot Towels. They felt good.
Anyway, Roy got to Hard Rock, and ordered a burger as well. Reason? It was the only thing we could afford. Anyway, we ate, and talked a lot. But when it turned 9 o' clock, Ted said he had to go home. His parents were waiting for him. We quickly paid the bill, which, Thank God, was almost 50% discounted. Thanks, Uncle Jojie. We left, and at Landmark, we split up. Chris and I went to Greenbelt, Ted went to the jeep stand, and DA went to Bread Talk, where he was to be fetched. Leon and I made our way to Greenbelt, where we split up. He was to be fetched there.
I got to John and Yoko's, a restaurant in Greenbelt where my parents were, and found them. They ate dinner, of which I ate little, since I was filled. We went home soon afterwards.
Keep reading this blog. Tomorrow's gonna be real interesting.
TTFN, yo.
